Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our caring team and support residents across our care home. You’ll apply current NMC standards, develop care plans, and administer medicines with clinical judgement and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience developing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans and deliver person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medicines safely and document accurately.
