We're seeking an outstanding Restaurant Assistant to set the bar high for our dining experience and hospitality services. Reporting to the Hospitality Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents and visitors are greeted with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour. Customer service will be at the heart of what you do, and you'll also support enablement when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents, relatives, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, always ensuring a professional image.
  • Assist the Reception and Lifestyle Teams with relevant activities to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
  • Empower residents to maintain independence by offering support with refreshments and room service.
  • Ensure dining rooms and communal areas are beautifully presented, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the residents' experience.
