Vacancy Location: Yr Ysgol, Heol Giedd, Swansea SA9 1LQ
Shifts: Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
Pay Rate: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (Depending on years qualified)

Our team includes Advanced Practitioners in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management, and Fundamentals of Care, along with Speech and Language Therapists and access to specialists like a Consultant Psychiatrist and Neuro-Psychologist. We aim to enhance independence through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration, ensuring high standards of care for all.
Assess residents' physical, psychological, and social needs; develop care plans involving patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Continuously evaluate and update care plans, communicate effectively about aging, and support residents' well-being. Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary shift team, including staff orientation, appraisal, and training.
