Bank Registered Nurse The Chantry - Ipswich Salary: £14.22 - £16.11 per hour Hours: Bank

Responsibilities include:

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalised nursing care
• Leading the care team to provide high-quality support
• Line management of Healthcare Assistants
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting volunteers and representing the service externally

Qualifications required:

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Completion of NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment or willingness to complete training
• Evidence of ongoing professional development

Skills and experience:

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of current legislation in the care sector
• Experience in neurological or palliative care (desirable)
• Leadership and supervision skills
• IT proficiency

Additional responsibilities:

• Supporting education and training
• Ensuring care standards and documentation are maintained
• Participating in quality improvement and audit activities
