Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Ringwood is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care home on a flexible, as-needed basis. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care across a range of resident needs and support a safe, compassionate environment.

You will develop care plans, administer medicines safely and work within regulatory guidelines to maintain excellence in care delivery. Your clinical judgement will guide decisions and care coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs to deliver quality care.
• Develop tailored care plans and risk assessments.
• Provide medicines safely and monitor administration in line with guidelines.
• Make critical clinical decisions with professional judgement and coordinate with the team.
