Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to support our residents across a care home. You will manage clinical duties, update tailored care plans and administer medicines with safety and compassion.

You’ll work with autonomy in a supportive environment, use professional judgement for decisions and contribute to high standards of person-centred care. Bank shifts vary, offering flexibility and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care and uphold safety standards.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse needs.
