Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is seeking registered nurses to join our Nurse Bank across North Wales hospitals and community settings.

Qualifications

• NMC registered and eligible to practise in the UK.
• Pre-registration evidence in direct nursing care.

• Clear understanding of clinical governance framework.
• Post-registration study (e.g., ILS, Child Protection) if required.

Job Overview

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
