A regional healthcare provider in North Wales is seeking Registered Nurses to join their nurse Bank. The role offers flexible working hours suited to personal circumstances and aims to enhance nursing skills through varied experiences. Candidates must be NMC registered and are encouraged to speak Welsh, though English speakers are also welcome. This position provides a supportive environment with numerous training and development opportunities.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
