Job Description:

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop, audit, and improve the service quality.
• Attend all training sessions and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing standards.
• Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained according to NMC guidelines, involving residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer medicines following healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
