A health organization in Wales seeks motivated and patient-centered nurses to join their community-focused team. The role involves providing holistic nursing care, managing clinical areas, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should be NMC registered and have experience in nursing care. A competitive salary of £31,516 to £38,364 per year (pro rata) is offered along with opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, forward thinking and patient-centred individuals to join our excellent nursing team in the Mid Locality. We are looking for nurses that are able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, are caring and kind and who wish to develop their clinical and leadership skills. We have bank roles to offer at Llandrindod Wells Hospital. We are a motivated team committed to the care of our patients and deliver a high standard of care we can be proud of, for patients from across Powys.

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
