Overview

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standard care for patients from across Powys, with a focus on palliative care, rehabilitation and general medical care.
