Bank Recovery Practitioner – Ashtead Hospital – Bank Hours
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We are looking for a dynamic and positive individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, developing excellent working relationships with staff, consultants, and key stakeholders.
They will help drive sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services, monitor achievements against standards, identify risks, and plan and implement improvements for continuous quality enhancement.
