Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Warwickshire OOH service to prepare and open a centre for patients and doctors arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group. Hours of work are negotiable to meet the service level requirements. However shift patterns will be primarily duringevenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Currently, we are looking for Bank Receptionists primarily in our sites inWarwick & Stratford, but there may be shifts offered throughout the rest of the Warwickshire & Coventry region.

Main duties of the job

Youll be the welcoming presence and organised mind that helps keep things running smoothly during our out-of-hours services. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently

Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries

Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow

Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records

Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional

Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods
