Job description

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our amazing and supportive team in our Wetherby Eye Hospital. Please note this is a zero-hours contract, with pay starting from £13ph depending on experience.

The Role

You will be the face of our Hospital and the first person our patients and visitors see when they arrive. You will make them feel welcome, inform them about their appointment, answer queries, and support them to ensure they have the best experience. Additionally, you will assist with hospital and patient administration, including billing.
