Spire Portsmouth Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join our dynamic and experienced Portering team as part of our Staffing Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work as a multi-skilled team member providing high-quality support to the hospital with minimal supervision, covering courier, portering, theatre, cleaning, and security duties.

Who we're looking for

1. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients during potentially stressful times. Porters play a vital role in our hospital.
2. Escort patients safely and courteously, along with performing various duties such as managing post and deliveries, waste disposal (including clinical waste), and moving goods and equipment.
3. Perform additional tasks as required.
