A community healthcare provider in the UK is seeking HCPC registered Podiatrists to join their teams on a bank basis. The role involves assessing and treating high-risk patients across various settings, including clinics and home visits. Candidates need at least one year of clinical experience and excellent communications skills. Travel across Greenwich and Bexley is required, alongside a commitment to delivering high standards of care and customer service.
We are looking for HCPC registered Podiatrists to join our community podiatry teams to work on a bank basis. We have clinics based across the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
The post involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of high‑risk patients. The postholder will provide a full range of podiatry treatments to clients in community clinics, clients’ homes, and care homes. This will include wound dressings, scalpel debridement of nail and soft tissue pathology, and care of foot problems resulting from neglect and lack of self‑care. You will work autonomously within a highly skilled team, with support from senior clinicians, and in a community setting delivering high standards of clinical care and excellent customer service.
The clinician must have one year of clinical experience post graduation with a proven record of clinical competencies and ongoing CPD. You will assess, diagnose, develop and implement personalised care plans for patients with a wide variety of complex clinical needs. You will plan and manage your own caseload, and be punctual and reliable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
