Job description

Bank Physiotherapist Opportunities – Weekday and Weekend Shifts

We are offering shifts for Band 5 or 6 Physiotherapists, depending on experience, across all wards at the Royal United Hospital. Currently, there is a focus on orthopaedic and stroke wards, but shifts are available across various acute wards including Emergency Department, General Medicine, Surgery, ITU, cancer and palliative care, and Older People’s teams.

The role requires candidates to have rotational experience, the ability to work autonomously in demanding and changing environments, and effective communication skills with healthcare professionals, community colleagues, and families.

We seek motivated team players who advocate for patient needs, support discharge planning, flow, and rehabilitation within fast-paced multidisciplinary teams.

Mandatory training will be provided through the Bank process, along with internal induction and competency awareness.
