An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Bank Physiotherapist to join our busy Physiotherapy Department at Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes.

We are looking to appoint an HCPC registered Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team as a member of our bank staff (zero hours contract) with flexibility to cover weekdays, weekends, or annual leave.

Our workload as an inpatient team involves managing a mainly orthopaedic and day-surgery caseload, as well as outpatient orthopaedics and associated MSK conditions.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide the highest quality of physiotherapy services to patients and visitors at Blakelands Hospital. Responsibilities include inpatient, outpatient, and day case physiotherapy services (as required) and liaising closely with all other members of the multidisciplinary team.

What you will bring:

1. Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
2. HCPC registration
3. Experience in inpatient/day-case orthopaedics and/or outpatient MSK treatment
4. Ability to demonstrate good clinical reasoning processes
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to organise and prioritise
7. Good understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct
8. Flexibility
