We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacy Technician to join our team of 5 at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison located near Bicester. HMP Bullingdon is a male prison with operational capacity of around 1,100.

Hours: Bank - Shifts either 07:30 - 17:30 or 07:30 - 19:30 Monday to Friday and some weekends required.

Salary

£21.76 per hour

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide outstanding quality based patient centred care to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
  • Focussing on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
  • Deliver non-judgemental care within the scope of professional standards. Involving anything from the timely administration of medicines through to analysing cost effective prescribing as defined through our health in justice medicines policy.
  • You will make a real difference by working as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
