HCRG Care Group is seeking a Bank Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT assessment, diagnosis and intervention within Children’s Community Health services in a hybrid Surrey-based setup. You will work with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to enable independence and well‑being in daily activities for children.

Formación

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• HCPC registration is required.
• Knowledge of ASD strategies/interventions (e.g., PECS, SCERTS, ADOS).
• Post-graduate training or experience in child development, ASD/ADHD, neurodevelopmental conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out high-quality school-based assessments as part of the MDT for children and young people.
• Assess and provide tailored advice and interventions for diverse needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans with families and carers.
• Recommend and support specialist equipment in home and school settings.
• Liaise with health, education, social care, and voluntary sectors for comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with children and families, adapting to their needs.
• Contribute to team performance targets and participate in supervision and training.
• Support discharge planning and referrals for complex or terminal cases.
