Join the vibrant team at Tiger Cubs Day Nursery as we seek passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic staff bank. This role offers casual, zero-hour contracts, providing flexibility to work in a nurturing nursery environment without full-time commitments.

Main Duties:

1. Ensuring children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment.
2. Working in partnership with parents and colleagues.
3. Maintaining child development and observation records.
4. Following and implementing all nursery policies and procedures.
5. Ensuring the key person approach is fully integrated into daily practice.

The successful candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification. Recent experience in a childcare setting, demonstrable knowledge of young children's developmental and learning needs, and the ability to be a positive role model are essential.
