Your new role at Fieldbay is calling you!

We invite you to join our amazing team of professionals. It’s secure work with full training provided. Whether you are a newly qualified nurse or have many years of experience, you can progress in part-time or full-time roles, with even more flexible options.

Our nurses are caring and supportive. If you are kind, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting people when they need you, with a smile, then you are already a great fit for us.

Few jobs have such a meaningful impact on people's lives. If you are a supportive, caring human being, you’re ideally suited to join us.

Why choose Fieldbay?

We are fortunate to have a full multidisciplinary team in Fieldbay, including Advanced Practitioners trained in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM), and Fundamentals of Care. We also have Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist, Neuro-Psychologist, and assistant Psychologists.

Our goal is to maintain and improve the independence of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration, enabling everyone to live their best life. We also support individuals who are less able, ensuring high standards of care and support during their time with us. If you are a clinician seeking your next opportunity, we’d love to meet you!

What’s involved?

Assess residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs, developing personalized care plans considering their lifestyle, gender, and background, involving the individual, family, and multidisciplinary team.

Continuously evaluate care needs, update care plans and records, and seek to improve the care delivered.

Communicate clearly about the aging process and its effects on health and lifestyle. Provide daily visits to assess needs, maximize comfort, dignity, and independence, and create a supportive environment for physical and mental well-being.
