Qualifications

• Nurse must provide health supervision and direct nursing care as needed.
• Assess client care needs and review with clients and families.
• Administer medicines following policy and guidelines.
• Maintain care plans in line with NMC and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess all aspects of client care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required.
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessment and review.
• Ensure care plans are completed with clients, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document per policy and NMC guidelines.
• Maintain integrity in handling clients' personal and financial affairs.
• Supervise and instruct junior staff and provide guidance.
• Attend mandatory training days/courses as required.
• Establish good communication with clients, relatives and multidisciplinary team.
