Priory Hospital Suttons Manor is set in Stapleford Tawney, a village and civil parish in the Epping Forest district, near the town of Romford. As a Nurse, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience, an active NMC registration, and completion of a preceptorship programme. They should have a solid understanding of NMC guidelines and professional practices, along with evidence of ongoing professional development. The role requires a positive attitude, commitment to improvement and quality, and the ability to apply flexible and innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment.
