Bank Nurse - Registered Nurse - RGN - Bank - Residential Care Home in Brighouse, West Yorkshire

You will need to be a qualified nurse with registration with a professional body (e.g. NMC) and have an excellent level of English. You will be expected to have experience in a similar environment and be happy to complete further training and development as required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
• Undertake the care planning activities for service users to meet changing physical, psychological, and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice, and informed consent.
• Ensure care plans are developed in collaboration with service users, their families and friends (where appropriate), and members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure that all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date on RADAR & the PCS.
• Undertake all aspects of medication management in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.
