We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Cartref Cleddau, Pembroke Dock.

AtCartref Cleddau we provide high quality, structured open rehabilitation and enablement care for residents with enduring mental health needs. Many of the residents have had extended periods of hospitalisation. Whilst Cartref Cleddau is a nursing home, every effort is made to make it feel homely and comfortable.

The home is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment, with 24-hour nursing care and support. Cartref Cleddau prides itself on providing person-centered care that focuses on the individual needs and preferences of each resident.

You'll join an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team where evidence-based practice, compassion and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding clinical care by:
