Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Bank Nurse in Warminster to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. You will combine hands-on nursing with clinical decision-making while supporting a seven-day service across the locality.

To qualify, you must be an NMC-registered nurse (1st level) with a Diploma in Nursing, and be prepared to pursue mentorship or teaching qualifications. The role includes flexible bank shifts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • NMC Registered Nurse (1st Level) with active practice in the UK.
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Mentorship/teaching qualification or willingness to obtain within two years.
  • Ability to assess patients independently and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
  • Ability to escalate urgent clinical information or deterioration when needed.
  • Strong communication and MDT collaboration.

    NMC Registered Nurse (1st Level).
  • Nursing qualification at Diploma level or above.
  • Evidence of relevant continuing professional development.
  • Mentorship/teaching qualification or willingness to obtain this within two years.

  • Ability to travel across the required locality, with a current driving licence and access to a car during the working day.
