There is no minimum number of hours required, though working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Shift Availability and Booking

Weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts are regularly available and can be easily viewed and booked through our app. With just a few taps, you can secure the shifts you want.

Who Can Join

Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits like free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

Your Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to men and women with mental health conditions in a community-based living setting. You will support colleagues and promote teamwork.

Working with Elysium, you will experience fulfilling healthcare delivery and make a real difference to vulnerable individuals, with engaging and motivating work that rewards your efforts.

Service Details

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you will be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts weekly.

Tottle Brook House features five single-person apartments within a registered care setting, providing 24-hour nursing support. It supports individuals with Learning Disabilities & Autism, including those stepping down from hospital or with disrupted community placements. The goal is to help residents return to their home area and reconnect with their families.
