Fresenius Medical Care North Devon Renal Dialysis Unit is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to join a specialist dialysis team. You will conduct holistic assessments, plan and evaluate care, and support patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Operating 12 haemodialysis stations with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, the unit provides flexible shifts between 07:00 and 18:30, with an hourly rate of £22. This is a bank position offering varied shifts and DBS disclosure requirements.

Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
North Devon Unit operates 12 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 36 patients. Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA’s on each shift.
This is a bank position. Current days are working various shifts between 07.00am and 18.30pm.
We offer a competitive Hourly rate of £22 per hour.
