Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night
  • Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures in line with best practices
  • Monitor and respond to residents’ health and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate care plans and documentation using digital systems
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure consistent and compassionate care
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families
  • Ensure compliance with all care home policies and regulations
  • Participate in effective handovers and communication across shifts

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Confidence working independently during night shifts
  • Previous experience in a care home setting is a plus, but not essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
