Priory Group is seeking Bank Mental Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill, located in West Sussex, UK. This role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and onsite parking.

About the Role

As a Bank Mental Healthcare Assistant, you will work across various care settings under the supervision of a qualified nurse, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and care to patients in different units
• Assisting with daily activities and therapeutic interventions
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Excellent team working skills
• A flexible and practical approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of mental health
• Experience in a secure setting is desirable but not essential
• Availability to work across services within the site
