Job summary

Burgess Hill School is seeking a Bank Minibus Driver with a full clean licence including D1 entitlement to join our transport team. You will work with pupils and parents to ensure safe, reliable travel and clear communication.

Hours start at 5 hours per half term with additional shifts likely. Age 25+ and licence held for 2+ years are required, with a DBS check and safeguarding checks performed as part of our policy.

Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Bank Minibus Driver (full clean driving licence to include D1 group entitlement) to join our team.

In addition to a full clean driving licence with D1 entitlement, we are looking for someone who is a good team workers , who is flexible and has the ability to communicate with pupils and parents. Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all passengers travel safely in the vehicle.

Hours will be minimum of 5 hours per half term, with additional hours likely. Days and times of shifts will vary depending on operational need. Salary is £13.15 per hour.

You must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years and, for insurance purposes, must be 25 or over.
