Agincare is hiring a kitchen assistant to join our care home team in Cirencester. You will support the chef to prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks for residents, helping create a welcoming dining environment.

No care background required; your care shows in the meals you help prepare and the warmth you bring to residents daily. Reliability, organisation, and a passion for good food are essential for this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• Previous kitchen experience.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the chef to prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow food safety, COSHH, and health & safety guidelines.
