Bank Facilities Housekeeping Supervisor - Band 3 - Covering Keswick, Cockermouth & Wigton sites. To supervise a team of housekeeping staff in providing good quality, safe catering and cleanliness services to wards and departments throughout Trust premises for all staff, patients and visitors. To promote and provide a high standard of domestic services and in-house catering. All staff are expected to work to the trust values: Kindness, Respect, Ambition & Collaboration.
Adhere to trust policies and procedures, attend mandatory training. Treat everyone with dignity and respect, act in ways that support equality and diversity. Be responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment, ensure all equipment is in good working order, is checked, maintained and recorded. Adhere to Trust Infection Prevention Policies.
Bank hours when available Monday to Sunday. Flexible to work at and travel to different sites at short notice. Each site has various start time and finish times (6am earliest start, 8pm latest finish).

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires submission for Disclosure to the DBS. The cost of the DBS will be met by the successful candidate via salary deduction. DBS charges: Standard Check £27.40 total; Enhanced Check £55.40 total (illustrative).
