Your role will involve assisting with meal service, keeping water jugs filled, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining temperature records, stocking the bistro, and attending to residents' non-care related needs. What do you need to succeed:

Our Hospitality Assistants support our care teams to provide exceptional hospitality services, supporting the Head Chef, Reception Teams, Housekeeping, and Lifestyles Team.

This is a crucial position, central to the lives of the people we support and their families. Good people skills are essential, alongside strong organizational skills. If you have previous experience in hospitality and an affinity for care, this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with meal service in resident rooms or dining rooms.
  • Ensuring water/drink jugs are regularly refilled in resident rooms.
  • Helping set up and clear tables before and after lunch service.
  • Maintaining temperature records of fridges and service stations.
  • Maintaining the Bistro to ensure it is fully stocked and professional.
  • Attending to residents' non-care needs, such as opening/closing curtains or changing TV channels.

To be successful, you should have/be:

Essential:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to support residents with high-quality service.
  • Customer-facing experience, including building relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
