We work with numerous homeless charities supplying us with shifts, and we need more people to join our Ad hoc list.

Pay:

£13.50 + holiday pay = £15.13 or £17 umbrella per hour

Position:

We are seeking locum Project Workers to work on an ad hoc basis across Lambeth, within various homeless hostels.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Conducting assessments and support plans.
  • Delivering one-to-one sessions.
  • Completing and updating handover notes.
  • Assisting with clients' care plans alongside key workers and staff, shadowing appointments.
  • Performing light cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and manage workload proactively.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships.
  • Experience working with dual diagnosis is vital.
  • Basic IT skills for completing handover notes.
  • Enhanced adult & child DBS within the last 12 months or on the update service.

Note: Some clients may have pets, mainly dogs, with risk assessments in place.
