Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a GP practice in Bideford for ad-hoc or regular weekly sessions.

In this role you will support the clinical team with routine procedures, patient assessments and day-to-day treatment room activity, while maintaining high standards of patient care and accurate record-keeping. DBS required; phlebotomy desirable; strong communication and IT skills expected.

Qualifikationen

• Prior HCA experience in primary care or the NHS
• Phlebotomy experience desirable
• Comfortable carrying out clinical observations
• Good communication and patient interaction skills
• Basic IT competence for clinical system documentation
• Enhanced DBS

You will be part of an organised primary care environment where you will help manage patient flow, assist with core clinical duties and contribute to high-quality care delivery. The practice offers strong support and clear guidance to ensure every session runs smoothly.
