Cornerstone Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House. Kitnocks House is a 63-bed facility providing high-quality care across four specialised units, supporting residents with complex care needs, and offering a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. We are currently rated Overall Good by CQC.

All bank employees must attend a paid 5-day induction before starting. The induction is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:30. Please consider this requirement if you are employed elsewhere.

Our residents typically have neurological degenerative conditions like Dementia combined with mental health issues, making them unsuitable for standard dementia or elderly residential care homes. We operate four services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett, and Bristol.
