We are recruiting enthusiastic, motivated, caring, and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our Temporary Staffing Service, which covers a large geographical area. This includes Physical Health wards, District nursing, Acute Inpatient, Forensic, Outpatients, Community, and Clinic work across various disciplines.

Working within the trust's clinical environments allows you to practice a full range of core skills and gain experience in areas of interest. We support your development and encourage promotional opportunities within the service and the wider Trust, including development opportunities like the Care Certificate.

Main duties of the job:

  • Led by the TSS team and supported by the Clinical Nurse Lead, deliver high standards of care across all healthcare areas.
  • Support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Undertake tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, including assisting with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Ensure issues of equality, diversity, and rights are addressed according to good practice and legislation.
