Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and maintain consistently high standards of individualised personal care and support under guidance of Management.
• Observe and report changes in the patients symptoms, conditions and circumstances to the management and notify other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Work in accordance with the patients agreed care plan.
• Responsible for identifying and acting on any risk of safeguarding to patients and their families in accordance with the Rennie Grove Peace policies.

Job description

Demonstrate and maintain consistently high standards of individualised personal care and support under guidance of Management. £36,943 - £44,900 p.a. Inclusive of Outer London Weighting (If part time Pro rata)
