Job Description

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker seeking control and flexibility over your shifts? Join our staff bank and, after a paid two-week induction, access shifts at Moorlands Neurological Centre in Stoke-on-Trent, with potential to work regionally at other Elysium services.

There is no minimum hours requirement; however, working regularly helps maintain your knowledge and familiarity with the service. Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, easily viewable and bookable via an app.

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will support individuals with neurological conditions, utilizing your experience to help them lead meaningful lives. The environment can be challenging but rewarding, with opportunities to make a real difference.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. You will be on a zero-hour contract, choosing your preferred shifts each week.
