As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities and ideas that enhance the daily lives of the residents, utilizing your interpersonal and preparation skills to ensure they are making the most of every day.
As the Bank Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and experiences that promote the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for the residents. This may include facilitating group activities, organizing outings and events, and providing one-on-one support to residents. You will work closely with the care team to understand the unique needs and preferences of each resident, tailoring your approach to ensure they are able to participate and enjoy the activities.
