Bank Health Care Assistant (Theatres) | Springfield Hospital | Bank Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our busy Theatre. We welcome applications from highly motivated, enthusiastic Health Care Assistants who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Good communication skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.

The Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with their work patterns. The role will be varied, with the successful candidate working closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients.

Here we provide a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery, and Paediatrics. We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hardworking teams.

Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital, all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit, and a high dependency unit.
