Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the care sector.
• Ability to demonstrate responsiveness and compassion to individual needs.
• Provide residents and staff with a warm, friendly, healthy, and safe environment.
• Establish a person-centred approach to care.
• Encourage training and self-development within the team.

Role responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with washing and dressing.
• Supporting residents with meals, including eating and drinking.
