Hours: 0 hours per week (shifts are 10am - 5:30pm)

Salary: £13.52 per hour

What do you need to succeed?

Assist our care teams in providing an exceptional service, supporting the Reception and Lifestyles Teams. Good people skills and previous experience in the hair and beauty sector are essential, along with an affinity for care.

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents with hair and beauty within the home.
• Assist the Hospitality Manager with lifestyle activities.
• Perform tasks professionally, reflecting Oakland Care Group’s values in a person-centred way.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Qualification in hairdressing and beauty.
• Hair and beauty certificate.
• At least 1 year of hair and beauty service experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of COSHH.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Knowledge of challenging behaviour/dementia awareness.

• Effective communication skills with staff, residents, families, and agencies.
