Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our Bank and support healthcare services across Nottinghamshire prison sites. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality primary care within a secure setting, providing cover as needed.

Induction and training will be provided; success depends on your integrity, communication skills and a growth mindset aligned with NHFT values and leadership behaviours.

Qualifications

• Registered GP on GMC General Practitioner Register.
• Willingness to undergo induction and training for secure environments.
• Commitment to NHFT values and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality primary care to prison populations at Nottinghamshire sites.
• Work with GPs, ANPs, NMPs, nurses and pharmacy teams to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Support teach/train GPs in training and maintain safe, effective care.
