A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Bank General Porter to ensure an efficient service within their facilities in Inverness. The role includes undertaking portering duties, working as part of a team, and requires a valid driving license and effective communication skills. The position is flexible in terms of hours, requiring work available as and when needed.

Bank - hours as and when required
As a bank general porter you will be required to undertake portering duties on a day-to-day basis to ensure an efficient, effective and safe service to wards and departments/patients and to deliver the highest standard of service within the Raigmore site.
You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills
You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
A driving licence is essential for this post as you will be expected to drive a van up to 3.5 tonnes and the small catering and portering vans/cars.
