As a trust bank nurse, you will be able to choose a flexible working pattern to suit your work-life balance in a variety of clinical settings working as part of a committed multidisciplinary team.
Working shifts as a bank registered nurse across wards and departments as part of the multidisciplinary team, in a variety of clinical settings to deliver the highest quality care to our patients, in line with our trust values.
As an accountable registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to an allocated group of patients providing total patient care for each clinical area you work on.
Clinical duties, across a range of clinical settings, include acute medical care, managing deteriorating patients, wound management, pain management, diabetes management, health promotion, patient education, complex discharge planning, sepsis treatment, end-of-life care, dementia, and delirium care.
We offer a variety of bank shifts both days, nights, and weekends across all our sites with competitive hourly rates. Our long day and night shift are paid at 11.5 hours.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care.
He/she is expected to teach unqualified staff.
The post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all key members of the multi-disciplinary team and service users related to patients.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
