Job summary

Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a General Assistant (Housekeeper, Cook and Domestic) for bank shifts in Nottingham. You will help maintain a clean, safe home for residents, assist with meals, and welcome visitors, with training provided as needed.

The role supports kitchen operations and housekeeping under supervision, offering flexible hours and competitive pay. Eligibility to work in the UK and DBS checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Keep Home clean and tidy for residents and visitors.
• Assist with meal preparation and support Kitchen staff.
• Welcome visitors and support residents' comfort.
• Clean residents' bedrooms, flats, and communal spaces.
• Ensure hygiene in kitchen and store areas to keep residents safe.
