We need a qualified ESOL teacher who will plan, deliver, and evaluate a range of ESOL courses from pre-entry to level 2. You will fully support, assess, and progress learners in line with their aims and the requirements of the course.
The post holder must have a teaching qualification at Level 5, e.g., ESOL Level 1 and 2, PGCE, PTILLS, TESOL, BEd, or equivalent, and have an excellent command of the English language. You must be able to communicate effectively on a one-to-one basis and in group settings, plus have knowledge of online teaching platforms and IT systems.
The hours will usually be between 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
This role requires the submission of a completed Caritas application form, which can be downloaded from the Careers page on the Caritas Diocese of Salford website. Flexible working options: Part-time. The working pattern will usually be between 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. The role is open to job share considerations.
